Shipping policy

Your items will ship USPS Priority Flat Rate unless otherwise arranged via inquiry email. Additional insurance may be purchased. Large items, such as large crystals, will be shipped via FedEx Home when that service is cheaper for items that do not fit in USPS Flat Rate boxes. All items will have tracking numbers, though tracking and receipt is not guaranteed unless that guarantee is a paid for service of the third party shipper. Sekhem Gems is not responsible for lost packages. Sekhem Gems does not, at this time, ship internationally.
