Khepri Journey of Rebirth and Protection Charm Necklace with Genuine Beetle Wings
Sustainably Sourced Genuine Beetle Wings (gathered from moltings), two double-sided solid Sterling Silver Scarab of Tut and Ramses, Black Tourmaline rounds, faceted Black Spinel, Sterling Silver Spacers, green crystal bi-cone (man-made) and tapered tubes, Sterling Silver Plated Clasp and Beadwire, two Metal Dragonflies signifying transformation at nape of neck.
Khepri has many attributes, but one of His most important responsibilities aside from the protection of Pharoahs, is the journey of the rebirth of the Sun, aka the Solar Deity, Ra. It is this same cycle that frames the immortality of Pharoahs whose lineage was believed to be descended from the divine, and the connection to all the rebirth symbolism in much of Ancient Egyptian lore - it comes back to Khepri, the Scarab, and the Solar journey across the sky to rebirth.
The scarab of Tut and Ramses is considered one of the most powerful protection symbols, and both cartouches of those Pharoahs are inscribed on these lovely sterling silver ones, as well as Wadjet, another solar deity in Her serpent form, worn by many Pharoahs through the ages. Wadjet (or Udjat) is one of the many Eyes of Ra, and protector of Heru (Horus), who in turn symbolizes Pharoah.
This necklace, with the help of Black Tourmaline and Black Spinel, embodies protection, transmuting negatives, and transformation. It should be worn after a good bathing cleanse, or after you have smudged yourself with the cleansing and purifying incense of your choice.
Please note that these beetle wings can be fragile and should be stored in an appropriate way so that they do not crush or break. I will include a few spare wings in the event of such a situation.
The charm necklace wings and scarabs do not always lay flat but can be adjusted gently. They are designed to face forward showing the iridescent green or slightly angled.
